Shipping Policy

Currency

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Turnaround

All book orders are printed and shipped within 8-10 standard business days (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding public holidays).

Currently shipping is only available within Australia.

Carriers

We use the following carrier(s) to deliver our orders

• Toll IPEC and
• Australia Post

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Australia Post will not have tracking numbers.
If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

Missing Orders

In the event that your order does not arrive after the estimated shipping time has lapsed, please contact us and provide your order number, name and shipping details and we will lodge an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own, we will replace your order and resend a new item on the next available business day after the completion of the investigation.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. A handling fee may also apply to your order and will be included in the shipping price.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for the second shipment.
